The outside of the apartments
The Villa O Faros is located on a land of 3000 m
2. On the South side, there is a view of a flowered garden (banana-trees, weeping willow) with a shaded kiosk made of wood. Wireless Internet(Wi-Fi) is available there. There is lots of space for parking. Twenty meters from the house, is the vegetable and fruit garden. Faros has a brand new barbecue too.
The villa is modern and respects the earthquake regulations. It also respects the principal characteristics of the local architecture, that is : a tiled roof with traditional gutters, characteristic window frames, a very light violet coating and finally, doors and windows of blue color. Every apartment has its own entrance, separated and completely independent of the others. The two superior apartments are connected by a big staircase in the back of the villa. The other two apartments have a small staircase each which goes up to the veranda. In effect, even the veranda on the ground floor is elevated for about one meter.
